The staff are genuine, good people.

I stayed in a suite for 3 nights and was disappointed. The lack of basic toiletries was frustrating, and the room just felt underwhelming overall.

Plenty of options for breakfast in the restaurant.

Parking available, pool, my own restaurant. Room's clean, beds are cozy.

It's a little dark, take the top floors.

Why I'm torn on this

The pool was clean and lengthy. The staff were friendly and always eager to assist.

While the cleaning schedule was a bit off, often not done until late afternoon, it disrupted my relaxing moments at the hotel. It would have been better to have consistency.

Thanks to a PERFECT service I had a good stay. The pool was very clean too. It offered me particularly good and unbeatable location short walk to train station and Siam Square, nearby shopping malls and local sites.

The jacuzzi was an unexpected delight after a long day exploring, and the cozy atmosphere of the nearby streets made for good evening strolls packed with tasty street food.

Clean, comfortable, great breakfast, original hotel design! Super located!

Stayin at isanook was amazin! The staff were super friendly and always helped when we needed. The room was clean and comfy, had a mini fridge and a nice little balcony. A good view from the rooftop pool. The gym was decent too, a plus. Loved that they had a tuk-tuk service to get around!

But the breakfast buffet could have more options. It's a bit far from the sky train, so we had to rely on tuk-tuks.

The location was perfect, at a medium distance from Samyan Mitrtown.

The breakfast itself was pretty small, can be much better.

Breakfast options limited. Pool area clean and relaxing. Happy hour cocktails were a highlight, enjoyed every sip. Comfort of the environment made the stay worthwhile, even if the area feels a bit secluded.

The rooftop bar had fine views at sunset, enchanting! The lounging areas reminded me of cozy afternoons at my grandmother's, with a friendly vibe and soft lighting.

More seating around the pool area would be lovely.

Great Stay with Amazing Pool

I loved the refreshing swimming pool that was always available for a quick cool-off between my city explorations. The rooftop restaurant offered a good view of the sunset, and I found their Pad Thai to be a standout dish. The self-service laundry facilities were super convenient for a longer stay, and there were yummy local eateries just a short walk away.
